✅ WARRANTY COVERAGE
Customers are entitled to file a warranty claim within 24 hours of purchase if they encounter the following issues:
✅ Initial login fails due to an incorrect password or 2FA code (existing prior to purchase).
✅ The personal ad account was already disabled prior to purchase.
✅ Discrepancy between the actual Facebook account details and the information listed on the website (e.g., listed as a Vietnamese account but turns out to be Indian).
✅ Accounts described as "Checkpoint Mail" are covered for "956" checkpoints during the warranty period—even if the 956 checkpoint occurs after purchase—provided the email, password (via email reset), or 2FA settings have not been altered.
✅ XMDT (Identity Verified) accounts lacking the "Ads Blue Tick."
✅ BM (Business Manager) links expiring within 7 days of purchase, or the account having an existing ad ban from before the purchase time.
✅ All accounts are verified as "live" at the time of purchase; warranty coverage for account locks applies only if the lock existed prior to purchase.

❌ WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
❌ Account locked (282, 956 checkpoints, etc.) due to your actions, such as logging in via a "bad" IP, modifying account settings too soon, launching campaigns, adding payment cards, adding/registering Business Managers (BM), etc.
❌ Ad restrictions incurred due to your actions (launching campaigns, adding cards, adding/registering BMs) or Facebook's automated scanning.
❌ Personal ad account disabled due to your actions (launching campaigns, adding cards).
❌ Account checkpointed due to logging in via a compromised/low-quality IP or improper modification of account details.
❌ Account reclaimed by the original owner because you failed to update the account information after receipt.
❌ No warranty if you arbitrarily change account details immediately after purchase without first verifying that the account matches the description.
❌ Incorrect password reported after the time of purchase.
❌ No exchanges or refunds; please carefully read the product title and notes.
❌ No warranty coverage for name or date-of-birth changes.
